We are starting up our math fact practice program.  Or more commonly refered to as “Rocket Ship”.  Students are given an individual goal based on how fast they could write some numbers down in a minute.    That goal pertains to how many problems out of 40 they need to get correct in a minute.  Below is an example of how the math fact practice will be done in class.  If a student does not meet his or her goal then we ask them to practice at home for five minutes.  We will test Tuesday-Friday, with a two minute test on Monday.
